Non-list Issue

WHAT THE HECK!!!!! Dimitri is a Strigoi???? Are you freakin' kidding me???!!!! This is awful!!! I finally finished the book a few nights ago and I'm mad. I'm mad at EVERYTHING. So Rose and Dimitri have this amazing time when she goes all psycho. Whatever, that was like my favorite part. Then the Strigoi attack and again whatever. Christian is amazing in that by the way. I loved how he used his element. It was GREAT!! The next morning they attack them and that's when everything sucks. What the hell did Richelle Mead do that to Dimitri for??? HUH? Rose had everything worked out: graduate, become Lissa's guardian, live at the Royal Court, and get to see Dimitri all the time. What the hell. Then poor Dimitri gets carried away and now Rose is running away AGAIN. She's not graduating, she's not going to be a guardian. OH MY GOSH. THAT'S AWFUL!!! Now Lissa won't have a guardian like Rose and they probably won't let Rose become a guardian if/when she kills Dimitri. Oh my gosh and she has to kill him. That part freaked me out the most. Wow this book just made me absolutely emotional!!! UGH!! I hate it and love it at the same time!!! For those of you who don't read Vampire Academy, then you won't get this. I'm sorry for all the random thoughts and rants, but I mean SERIOUSLY. THIS IS AWFUL!!!!! NOO!!!!!

Fictional Boyfriend #31

Today I decided to add Christian. It took me awhile to realize this, but I really do now. Just the way he is is admirable. He is very protective, and yet doesn't think he is worthy enough to be a boyfriend. All he wants to do is love this one girl enough and have her trust him with her whole heart. He doesn't realize it, but Lissa really does love him with everything she has. If you haven't yet figured it out, I'm talking about Christian from the Vampire Academy novels. It took me awhile to actually like him. He is a pretty big jerk to Rose, but in Shadow Kiss, he really shows his true colors. He actually is jealous of Rose, but honestly a good person. The only reason people don't like him that much is due to the fact that his parents were bad people. I don't think that's fair and neither does Lissa or Rose. He is also jealous of Adrian since he is a spirit user and so is Lissa, so they spend a lot of time together figuring out their power [if you don't know what I'm talking about, it's cuz you haven't read the book. also i don't really feel like explaining the whole entire power thing since it's complicated and the book would explain it much better]. I'm sorry I can't really eloborate more, but I'm at school, and I'm like really bored, so this was just a quick note entry to jot down. So remember this: Christian Ozera is DEFINATELY a good person. Don't judge him because of his parents and read Shadow Kiss since it is amazing, but also really sad =]

P.S.- To the real Christian~
I'm sorry if this one isn't all that great. It was just something quick to write down and I was given a whole class period to do nothing since tons of people are helping hand out Christmas trees. I also want to know if you thought at all that this entry was about you! =P
P.P.S.~ I LOVE DIMITRI!! Seriously, after reading this book, even though his fate is doomed, he is one of the best guys ever.

Fictional Boyfriend #30

I just totally remembered something. How could I not have written about Ian from the Host? I'm a total Stephenie Meyer fan and I forgot him! What is wrong with me?? =]
Mmmmk well today, our little addition is Ian. Ian is someone who loves unconditionally. It all started with a spirit or soul named Wanderer. Wanderer's soul was put in a human girl's body. Soon, Wanderer found out that she could still hear Melanie, the girl who's body Wanderer inhabits, even though that part of her mind was supposed to be dead. So basically Melanie, the real owner of the body, was still present mentally and would yell at Wanderer and stuff because she took her body. Eventually, Wanderer begins to see how what the souls are doing is wrong (killing off humans and embeding a soul in them). She feels bad for Melanie and they start to cooperate with each other. Melanie then tells Wanderer about a secret cave that her uncle built in case something like this ever happened. She remembered the coded directions and led Wanderer there.
Wanderer is in a rude awakening when she is taken to the caves. When a soul is in a human body, the body's eyes have a silver ring around the pupil. That is how they can tell the difference of who is who. They sort of beat Wanderer up and take her down to the cave after they find her wandering in the desert. Before Wanderer even started this journey, Melanie showed her images from the past, which were of her younger brother, Jamie and her boyfriend, Jared. So when Wanderer saw Jared, her body yearned for him. It wasn't her fault. It was just the body's natural reaction. Jared then swears he hates her etc, but inside you know he's hurting, seeing the woman he loved's body inhabited by a soul.
Then there's Ian. Ian's older brother hates Wanderer, but Ian loves her. Ian doesn't love Melanie's body, but the soul living inside of it. He loves the creature that Wanderer is.
In the book, he states that he loves her, not the body she is in, but her for who she is. Now that is the beautiful thing about him. And when Wanderer has to be taken out, he gets to hold her and he even tells her that she's beautiful (if you haven't read the book, then you won't know what I'm talking about).
Here's a quote:
"She is. Melanie is a very pretty girl. Even beautiful. But pretty as she is, she's a stranger to me. She's not the one I care about." ~Ian O'Shea
So what team are you on? Team Howe (Jared)? or Team O'Shea (Ian)?
I'm team O'Shea and those of you who don't know how to answer, that's because you didn't read the book. You can't even say Team Howe since I didn't really post anything about him =P

Fictional Boyfriend #29

Tobey is the next addition to this list. He is from When It Happens by Susane Colasanti. This book is seriously one of my favorites. It's hilarious since it's told from both a boy and a girl. Tobey is just amazing though. He is a totally sensitive guy and will only have one girl: Sara. So basically the story goes through how they first got to know each other and how much Tobey already liked her. It shows how devoted he is to her from an early stage because he refuses to move on from her. His friends tell him that he can have whomever he wants and he chose her of all the other girls. Right there is a quality most guys DON'T have. He wont settle for just anyone.
Anyways, the story goes on and all is good. It's totally funny reading Tobey's thoughts as well as knowing Sara's. He's constantly making little comments in his mind about things. Here's one of my favorite little remarks he makes:
pg.60
Tobey tripped up the stairs as he tried to catch up to Sara to talk to her.
Sarah bends down to help me up. "Are you okay?" she says.
I get up quickly like it's no big deal. "Yeah, I'm fine."
"Every time I see you, you're bumping you head!"
And every time I see you, I wish my headboard was bumping against the wall. With you in my bed.
Little things like this make me crack up.
Here's some evidence he's sensitive and really does want to have a REAL relationship with Sara.
pg.86
Tobey confronts Laila to ask if she will trade partners with him since Sara is her partner and he wants to get to know Sara more.
"Why should I help you?" she says.
I try to find the right words to make her see that this has to happen. "It would give us the chance to find out if this is what I think it is."
"And what's that?"
I take a deep breath. "Something real," I say.
Isn't he so awesome? haha yeah of course he is!!

Fictional Boyfriend #28

Sorry I haven't been on in a LONG time... School has me tied up and then I was trying to finish Rumors as fast as I could. For those of you that have read it, I cried at the end and got really pissed off. How could that happen to you know who?? The only reason I started that series has abruptly been taken out. I nearly decided to add Henry to the list out of pure insanity, but thankfully the sanity returned and I have now decided that I have found someone else to fill his undeserved spot.
Since the Russian Revolution destroys her life, Anna, who is a countess, flees to England with a few members of her family. Since they are poor, Anna goes to the Westerholme family and becomes a maid. A few weeks into her service, she meets the owners' son, Rupert. Rupert is unfortunately engaged, but that doesn't stop him in taking notice of the beautiful, new maid. He ends up finding himself to be falling in love with her-just the lowly housemaid. Knowing that he can't marry her, Rupert tells Anna his feelings and decides it's just better to stick with his fiance, who he is only marrying since his family is suffering financial issues.
A sudden turn of events occurs for Anna and she is rich again. The family nurse, who was given the family jewels, finally found where the family was staying and bippity boppity boo, Anna's social status had now finally returned. She was once again a RICH countess. Rupert finds this out and is outraged that Anna didn't initially tell him who she was.
Rupert is then stuck with one problem: his nightmare of a fiance. The house servants all get together and devise a plan that will make the fiance not want to marry him anymore. Their witty plan worked and they persuaded Anna to go back to the mansion to finish up the amount of work she was contracted to. Anna only agreed to going because she thought Rupert would be in India.
When she goes to serve the food, she sees Rupert and before she can escape, his eye catches her and he goes off on her etc. Then he realizes how much he loves her and how much she loves him and well there you have it. Just another happy ending.
This book is called A Countess Below Stairs and I do recommend it, although it takes a while to get into the story and is sort of hard to read because it takes place back in the early 20th century.

Fictional Boyfriend #27

I don't know how many of you have read the book the Luxe or if you've read the sequel, Rumors, but they are pretty overly dramatic books. The reason I'm even bothering to read the sequel is because once I pick up a book, I can't put it down. Same goes for a series. These books are definately not my favorite, but I somewhat enjoy reading them and this is where we get the next boy who made the list.
His name is William or Will Keller. He was the coach driver for the Holland family. Can you already see the romance in this? *rolls eyes* Some stories are just SO predictable. Anyways, the year is 1899, a time where young girls married mainly for money and very few of them got to marry the man they love. Elizabeth Holland was one of these girls. She was going to have to marry Henry Schoonmaker in order to take her once wealthy family out of debut. The downside to this? She was NOT in love with the much sought after Henry, but rather the lowly coach driver, Will Keller. Will then ran away to California to get rich and told Elizabeth to come after him. Elizabeth was then torn since she still had the issue of Henry. Her "best friend" helped her fake her death and she ran away to California to find him.
So the story goes on into a bunch of tradegies and whatnot. But the fact is, Will was one of the only reasons why I still sorta like reading the story. His and Elizabeth's romance is so scandalous.... especially when they are living in California and they tell everyone they are already married. =]

And now I'm scared to finish the book since every review I've read is telling me that the ending is sad and depressing... what am I going to do?? I don't need to be depressed right now!!!

Fictional Boyfriend #26

This post is going to be probably pretty short since this guy really doesn't turn into a sweetheart till the very end of the book. So basically, I'm just promoting the book today.
Today's book promotion =] is about Saving Juliet.
I really like this book, just like all the other books on my list. It's really unrealistic, but still fun to read since it has such a neat plot. Somehow Mimi and her costar Troy [they are both in Romeo and Juliet the play] get stuck in Romeo and Juliet and actually go back to the 1600s or whenever the story takes place. They are at first seperated and Mimi gets ushered to the Capulet house since she is still wearing her costume from the play [she went outside for a breath of fresh air during her break and Troy ended up following her- both got sent to Shakespeare's play] and Troy got sent to the Monague house since he was wearing his costume from the play. They finally find each other and go through a list of events that happen in the play. Mimi befriends Juliet and Romeo and helps get them together and it's really cool because at the end, they don't die. They actually run off together.
So back to Troy...
Troy is this big time heartthrob who was basically doing the threatre a favor by playing Romeo in the play. Naturally, he's a jerk/snob. Poor Mimi was helpless, like all other adoring fans, but didn't show that she liked him. Then this whole go-back-in-time-during-a-play thing happened and she realized that she couldn't hide her feelings and well Troy was crazy about her anyways so it's all good.
I totally recommed this book.

Fictional Boyfriend #25

Before I get to my list, I'd like to tell you a book I do NOT recommend under any circumstance. It was probably one of the WORST books I've ever read in my life and I greatly discourage any of you from wasting your time even looking at it. The book is called Bleed by Laurie Faria Stolarz. I picked up the book thinking it would be great since Laurie wrote it, but all I gained from that book was how disgusting an author can be. It was so full of disturbing things, I could barely finish it, which is saying a lot since once I begin a book, no matter how bad it is, I WILL finish it. Ugh, it was soooo bad!!!!
List time!!!
Today's addition is Stefan from The Vampire Diaries. As you may have already guessed, Stefan is a vampire who ends up falling in love with Elena, a human. These stories are actually really entertaining. The story is the coolest plot ever. It is totally bizzare and always has you guessing. I loved every part of it. The whole "bonding" thing was very interesting and just how two brothers could hate each other so much but then finally getting together to save the town from the superior power of evil. Gosh I hate Katherine [one of the characters in the story that you will find out is a total jerk and is awful and don't forget evil!]!! I was very upset with the way she acted in the 3rd installment. I was pretty happy when she died though... but then again, I didn't like that Elena died along with her.
The funny thing is, I was just rereading that part and almost started crying again! L.J. Smith just pours so much emotion into their relationship, so you are literally heartbroken when she dies. The ending is amazing though. I was crying out of sadness but soon turned that around and was crying because I was so happy! Amazing books! Lovely relationship...

Fictional Boyfriend #24

The boy who made the list today isn't really a boy and I don't really consider him a "boyfriend." He's more just listed here as an honorable mention so that society doesn't forget him. This boy's name is Jackson and he is a ghost, like many of my boys. He comes back and haunts his girlfriend, whom he loved unconditionally. Ava, his girlfriend, is totally distraught over his death [who wouldn't be?] and he ends up coming back for her. This makes it easier for her, but yet in the long run, it's bad since she can't offically get over him. He visits her in her dreams and always tells her he won't leave her, that he loves her, etc. She eventually realizes that she should probably let him go, and when she "discusses" this with Jackson, he flips out. After long persuasions, Ava convinces him to leave her and move on, and know that she will never forget him and all the rest of that sappy stuff.
The real reason why I adored I Heart You, You Haunt Me is because it is written as poetry. The whole book tells the story through poems. I love it!!

Fictional Boyfriend #23

Has anyone ever considered Voldemort to be a good boyfriend? I mean he does have a lot of power and whatnot... He was really cute until Harry distorted his face, so maybe he does belong here!! Without further ado, I will explain to you why Kieren made the list.
Kieren is a werewolf who is actually more of a shape-shifter since he can FINALLY control when he turns and when he doesn't. So we have our main character, Quincie, who is in love with our shape-shifting werewolf since middle school. He loves her too, but that one fateful day out on the train-tracks proved to pretty much destroy a romantic relationship. Kieren, then, couldn't control his outburst and accidently extended his claws and cut straight through her hand. Since then, he has always kept his distance for her. Then, a change of the story occurs and for some reason [just read it], Quincie is now a vampire. Instead of hating her, like legends always say, he gets to finally express that love for her since she is unbreakable =]. I really loved this book, at least for the most part. Oh yeah!! Hahaha the book is called Tantalize!

Fictional Boyfriend #22

Again, I am surprised that I didn't post this boyfriend sooner. His name is Alexander and he lives in a little town called Dullsville. Raven has the pleasure of being the one to recieve his affection. It's actually sorta weird. Out of all the vampire books I've read so far, the Vampire Kisses series is the closest to a "traditional" vampire story. Alexander is "allergic" to garlic, can't go out in the sun, drinks blood, turns into a bat, sleeps in a coffin, etc. It's the real deal with this series. =] Anyways, Alexander moves into Dullsville and soon catches the interest of goth girl, Raven. They end up getting to know one another and she is continuously wondering if he's a vampire. At first, that's the only reason why she wants to get to know him. But after awhile, she realizes she really likes him and only at the end of the first book does he really confirm he's a vampire.
Back to Alexander as a character: He is beyond awesome. He can paint beautiful pictures [since he doesn't show up on film or appear in mirrors, this is the only thing he has left] and think of the perfect things to do with Raven. Since she's a little on the strange side, she doesn't mind having picnics in graveyards and thinks it's a romantic date. With Alexander there, it is a marvelous date. Everything is wonderful with him around.

Fictional Boyfriend #21

Hmmm... I would like to start this post out with a question. Did any of you wonder when I was going to post about Dimitri from Vampire Academy? Well I'm surprised no one *cough Watching cough* mentioned it =]. I'm actually surprised I haven't mentioned Dimitri earlier. I mean, hello, sexy dhampir [did I spell that right?]!!! He is an amazing character. Seriously... I fell in love with the series BECAUSE of him. He is Rose's [main character] tutor and well she's is totally head over heels in love with him... and to her surprise so is he. I really don't want to give the books away at ALL, they are really that good. I just know that when Dimitri is in a loving mood, he'll call Rose Roza, which is Rose in Russian. SOOOO ROMANTIC!!! Read Vampire Academy and see how you like it. Then read Frostbite, and lastly wait until November 13 to read Shadow Kiss. The only thing I wasn't too happy with was what happened to Mason. The only reason this thing happened to him was the Rose needed an easy out of their relationship.

Fictional Boyfriend #20

Sorry I haven't posted in a long time!! Before I get to my list, I'd like to say that I really like the Killers new song: Human. It's amazing!! I just hope that they don't overplay it and make it suck they radio stations are famous for. Anyways, back to the list. Today's addition is Evan Kirkland from Bloom. I honestly don't know why I was so into this guy. He seems kinda like a guy I'd be interested in.
So the story kinda goes like this: Lauren's dad is the type of guy who moves from one girl to another right after he dumps them. Unfortuantely, Lauren grew up in an environment, never knowing who would play the role of her mom next. Evan's mom played that role for Lauren at a certain point in her life, which made Evan move into the house with his mom, Lauren and her dad.
Evan and Lauren got along fairly well. Then, one day, Lauren's dad dumped Evan's mom because he got someone new. Lauren was devestated. She knew how much Evan loved the Chronicles of Narnia, so she slipped her book set into his boxes.
Later in life, during high school, Evan and his mom end up moving back into her town and they come face to face this time. They end up getting close again and actually get together. It's so amazing to be how everything works out. Then one day Evan's mom walks in on them making out and she brought up how she thought Lauren already had a boyfriend [Dave]. Then she made a comment that was something like this, "Just like your father."
Lauren ran out of the house realizing how right she was and Evan ended up following her and told her he loves her.
The story ends up tying together happily- Lauren breaks up with Dave, Lauren gets with Evan, etc.
The cutest part of it all? Evan still has that book set.

Fictional Boyfriend #19

Evan is the next "boy" on the list. Actually, his real name is Edric. The Edric I'm talking about is from The Faerie Path. To me, this book was pretty interesting. Anita has a spectacular boyfriend and is name is Evan. On the day before her sixteenth birthday, they go out onto Thames and basically just hang out. Then that's when Gabriel came to take her back. You see, Edric, also known as Evan when he's a human, was supposed to merely become friends with Anita, who is really Tania, the Lost Princess of Faerie, and bring her back to Faerie once he had the chance. Our dear Edric got a little too carried away. His master [he's really just an asistant to the guy I'm about to mention] said that he was to only befriend her. He wants his long lost finace back. So Edric befriends Anita, but instead of staying friends, he falls in love with her and she with him. On her sixteenth birthday, Edric was to take her back to Faerie with him. That's why he was going to reveal his feelings for her the day before, knowing that he'd have to give her up to her fiance the next day. Gabriel became aware of what Edric was going to do and so he decided to stop him. Eventually Edric gets thrown into and Amber prison ball thing and well is stuck there forever. Tania [aka Anita] is aware that she is still in love with him, even after him keeping things from her. When her and Gabriel [who it turns out doesn't love her, just wants the power over the kingdom] go to do the marriage ceremony thing, the way to know if it's true love is if she can walk back into the human world with her husband. She knows this and so she knows that when she tries to take Gabriel into the human world, he won't be able to come since he doesn't really love her. Gabriel ends up getting exposed for his evilness and when Tania goes back to the human world to find her long lost mom, she grabs Edric to go with her and imagine that, he can pass!

Fictional Boyfriend #18

Watching wasn't so crazy about my last post and to tell you the truth, neither was I. I was really tired and was just like "what the hell! I'll just use Zach!" since I just reread Jinx. Anyways, today's boy is going to be... David from Uglies. For some reason, I just loved this guy. He knows how to live off the land and well is incredibly ugly. But to Tally, he is beautiful in a different way. Her friend Shay was in love with David, so it sorta ruined their friendship in the first book because David only returned Tally's feelings. Ever since Tally "ran away" from her home town [it's been awhile since I've read the series, so sorry!] to get to Smoke, she started to learn that she liked being ugly.
At every Uglies' sixteenth birthday, they undergo a transformation to become pretty. Almost every Uglie looks forward to this. Then you have your rebelious Uglies that want to stay that way, but they are not allowed to do so.
This doesn't make things easier for Tally who ends up befriending a girl named Shay after her friend Peris turned pretty. It turns out Shay is rebelious and has an escape to their ever-afters as uglies. Tally tells her no, wanting to be able to undergo the operation. Shay leaves directions to Smoke and then leaves herself.
Special Circumstances found out that Shay ran away and knew that the only way they'd find her is if they got Tally to tell them where she was hiding. This is where Tally gets screwed- either Tally goes to Smoke and exposes everyone there or she stays ugly forever. At the time, being pretty was all she wanted. So taking the cryptic directions Shay left, she set off to Smoke.
To make a long story short, Tally makes it to Smoke, falls in love with David, makes Shay upset because she loves David and David loves Tally back. Tally then realizes that the Pretties' heads get messed up when they undergo the surgery, so she wants to stay ugly forever. Plus she doesn't want to leave David. So taking the tracking device that S.C. gave to her, she throws it into the fire. Bad news. Tally is an idiot. That set the device off and well Smoke was found. Read Uglies to know the rest.

Fictional Boyfriend #17

If you've read most of the posts on my blog, you'd notice I am a Meg Cabot fan. Well today, we are going to revisit the world of Meg. Today's visit is going to be to the book Jinx where we get to fall in love with Zach. Zach is just about the awesomest guy ever. He doesn't get himself into trouble, is totally cute, nice, and just an all around great friend. He hangs out with Jinx and accepts her when her cousin Tory doesn't. He believes Jinx when Tori totally blackmails her and loves her just the same. It was a love at first sight when Jinx said the words: "I've never been to Long Island" when they gave her Long Island Ice Tea. I honestly don't know what else to say, so I'm going to end this short. Zach thinks Tory is a freak and he loves Jinx... but shush! You didn't hear that from me!!

Fictional Boyfriend #16

In Wicked Lovely, there is a boy. This boy is named Seth. Embarrassingly enough, Seth is kinda my dream guy. The thing that drives me crazy for him is his lip ring. You can just imagine where I'm going with this, so use your imagination. Seth is the kind of guy that wears eyeliner [another thing that appeals to me] and has piercings. He wears tight clothes and has a reputation for being a playa. That is why Aislinn doesn't want to get involved with him. They had been close friends for about seven months. She is in love with him, but doesn't want to compromise their relationship. While Seth and her are cooking, i think Seth reaches up to grab something, exposing a little of his stomach. This caused Aislinn to say "wow" and he's all "wow, huh?" and that started the whole thing. He told her how he waited for her for seven months and she brought up that he's been with a bunch of girls. He then replied to her that there hadn't been anyone since she came into my life- basically ensuring her he was in love with her too. This is very important to this book because their love gets Aislinn through the faerie drama she gets put through. She is one of the only mortals that can see them and this is dangerous because if they find out, they could hurt Aislinn, maybe even kill her. But it's bad news for her anyways because the Summer King is looking for his long lost Summer Queen and Aislinn fits the criteria for her. It's complicated, but a definate good read. I loved it!! and i love Seth!

Kiss of Life Cover

Generation Dead fans!! Here is the cover to the sequel Kiss of Life!! It was posted on Daniel Waters's blog a few days ago! Enjoy [Click on it enlarge it]

Fictional Boyfriend #15

Have any of you read the book Witch Season? Well it's this fantastic book about witchcraft and like how this group of teenagers got sucked into the whole world of witches. That all happened when Daniel Blessing showed up on their doorstep badly banged up and in need of some medical attention. Out of the group, Kerri was the only one that thought they shouldn't take him to the hospital, but to take care of him in the house. The reason she trusted him so much? He cast some sort of spell of her to make her feel that way. After finding out he was a witch, they were thrown into his world, a world full of danger and the one making it dangerous- Season. Anyways, Daniel and Kerri end up falling in love during the time which she was with Daniel. When the whole group was looking for Season with him, they would patrol together and spend their down time kissing etc. The funny thing is that Kerri's only sixteen or seventeen and Daniel is hundreds of years old. He looks to be about mid-twenties and an all around good-looking guy, but really, he's old. Like super old. The main reason he was attracted to Kerri was not because she was pretty [she was too], but the fact that she's very mature for her age [it was just her and her mother when she was growing-up so she used to having to make the desicions and caring for her mother]. Daniel never used magic on her again for he wanted her to be able to experience all her own feelings- so never again was the trust spell used, especially on her. He told Kerri that he never felt this strongly for any other woman. They would have been together a long time too if it wasn't for him dying.

Fictional Boyfriend #14

I'll try to make this the last post of the day. Here we go. My next post is on James from A Certain Slant of Light. It's hard to really describe what he even looks like since he is inhabiting another body. The boy who he is inhabiting has greasy black hair and is just kinda gross. I mean, I think he might be cute, but because the boy who actually owns the body was a druggie, so he's a little messed up. James seems to me sorta romantic, but very horomonal. He's inside a teenage boy's body, so what can you expect? I mean he pushes Helen into finding a body and ends up sleeping with her as soon as he can. But the thing is, she's totally okay with it. You can just tell how much he loves Helen. She is all he thinks about. It says in the book: "His desire was shameless, because it was offered completely." Anyways, James is a one of a kind... ghost? I'm not real sure what to call him. I just know that ever since he met Helen, his eternity will be spent on her.

Fictional Boyfriend # 13

Another honorable metion to Watching for she got this boyfriend right too. His name is Jason, but you can call him Hawkface. The reason why you can call him this? He has a big nose, as pointed out by Steph, his best friend. These two plus Becca, their other best friend, are always together. I mean, Jason and Steph live right next door. So the book How to Be Popular sorta goes like this: Since the sixth grade, Steph has always been targeted by Lauren since she accidently spilled a slushy on her brand new skirt. Now Lauren is rich, so this was an expensive skirt!! Anyways, since then, everytime you do something stupid in the town they live in, you go "Way to pull a Steph!" etc. If you haven't guessed, Lauren started this whole thing. Well in the fifth grade [at least I think it was fifth grade], Steph was always being poked at by Jason. When she asked her grandpa how to make him stop and why he always pokes her. He told her that if that's the case, then the boy is a little bit in love with her. So, getting frustrated again, Steph tells Jason what her grandpa said. They stopped talking for a long time after that- until the slushy incident. Ever since then, they have been the best of friends.
Steph now wants to prove herself beyond that stupid incident. She ends up finding a book that was Jason's grandma's that tells her how to be popular. The reason why she wants popularity? To get Mark to notice her and leave Lauren for her. Ever since she started acting different, our lovely hero, Jason, started to pull away from her. The reason why? He is so in love with her and it hurts him to see her like someone else.
Then something crazy happens and Becca makes a move on Jason and this makes Steph unbelieveably angry and jealous. She realizes she may be a little bit in love with him. After finding out Mark was using her, she becomes fully aware of her love for Jason and her burning desire to kiss Jason's big nose.
So she does and Jason tells her that he's not a little bit in love with her. Actually it's quite a lot.
Read How To Be Popular. This story is awesome and totally worth it.

Fictional Boyfriend #12

Will=boyfriend #12... just like Watching sorta kinda mentioned =]. Will's story is a semi-complex one. Where can you find the specific Will I'm talking about? Avalon High. Ever since I read this book, I began to enjoy stories just like it. But really, Will is amazing, like many other guys. But in a sense, he's obviously different. He is full of leadership qualities and always shows love and compassion. When his girlfriend cheats on him with his best friend, he forgives them almost instantly. His reaction? "I knew it was going to happen sometime." Elaine, or the heroine of the story, just about fell over and died right there. I don't blame her. If I was Will, I would be more than just telling myself it was going to happen anyway! At first, I thought he was a little creepy when he just showed up at Elaine's house. But after reading the story more, you start to understand that the things he does is out of pure instinct. Also, he is the most popular boy in school... not because he's beautiful. Yes, well he is that, but he also actually loves the people he's with. Not in any way is he fake. He is nice to everyone, even those he doesn't know. He's the kind of guy who would stick up for the nerd. He did too. Hid football buddies were making fun of a nerdy kid and he stood up for him. So basically he has the love and respect from the whole school that he deserves.
Will is an all around great guy and Avalon High is an all around great book =].

Fictional Boyfriend #11

For the longest time I felt so ashamed for liking this boy. I mean, everyone knows Michael is the best for Princess Mia! This never kept me from liking J.P. I couldn't and still can't help myself. I mean he's not goregous or anything, but just cute enough. Even that little part about him that hates corn in his chilli [seriously who DOES like corn in their chill? I mean, that's just nasty]. For awhile, J.P. was a volcano, ready to explode with passion. But instead of Lily being the one who recieves all that passion, it's our lovely Mia. Anyways, J.P. is really one of my favorites for a few reasons. 1) He respects the fact that Mia doesn't like him- or at least didn't- and only stays her friend. He is totally willing to always be her friend despite the fact that she is still semi in love with Michael. 2) He is unbelieveably sensitive. Remember the time he took Mia to see The Beauty and the Beast? To make her feel better? And he actually liked it? Really, that explains him. He's sensitive, but playful. J.P. is just all around awesome. In case you were wondering, this is the Princess Diaries by Meg Cabot.

Fictional Boyfriend #10

Somehow Watching found out who my next boyfriend was going to be... His name is Katrik and he's Gemma Doyle's love affair from A Great and Terrible Beauty, Rebel Angels, and The Sweet Far Thing. Katrik is an Indian boy around Gemma's age that's life is being part of a group that is dedicated to protecting Gemma [she would be apart of the group, but the group spilt up after a bad deed that was done]. Gemma was gifted with magic that could let her see the relams, or the place where you go when you die. Her job is to make sure that sacred place stays in order. Katrik is there to be her body guard from anything that could attack her in the "real world." The reason Katrik made this list is because well he's great. He ends up falling in love with Gemma and doing everything he can to protect her. The reason their love is scandlous is because she is in a higher social class then he is... she goes to a boarding school after her mom dies that's aim is to turn teenage girls into sophisticated young ladies [this was in the 1800s] for their future husbands. Well when Gemma gets involved with Katrik, its difficult from the beginning. They always have to see each other late at night and that means Gemma has to sneak out of school. Whenever Gemma described her feelings for Katrik, it was as if you loved him too. Apparently his kissing skills are pheonmeonal [they make Gemma forget to be ashamed- a big deal when it comes to making a lady sophisticated] and he always knows the right thing to do when it comes to pleasing her... he always has her best interest in mind. That's what happens at the end of the trilogy. He makes the ultimate sacrifice, hence proving his love and how devoted he is to his dear Gemma.

Fictional Boyfriend #9

This boyfriend is not really someone who's my favorite, but my friend Tyler wanted me to post this. No, Tyler is not gay. He just happens to read my blog and wanted me to write about Harry Potter. First and foremost, Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley belong together. Okay now that I got that out of my system, here goes my anaylsis on Harry Potter. Well, I loved the way how we got to be with him while he grows up. Harry is so brave and humble. Yes, he usually always has help with defeating Voldemort, but still, he is the main man in the operation. I can't tell you he's all that good looking, but something about him just screams sexy- whether it's his glasses, scar, broomstick ablities, crazy black hair, or raging horomones =]. Almost everything about our dear Harry is likeable. He has a tremendous leading quality, which always comes in handy. He will always be my favorite wizard [sorry Cedric]. =]

Who's Bad Mouthing Edward???

This doesn't really have to do with my list except that it is on Edward. Now I know that some crazy people out there don't like Edward. I'm okay with that... totally okay with that. Just don't let me hear anything bad. I love the guy so it's not cool to bad mouth him infront of me. Even though he isn't real, it still seems to bother me. But I am curious... tell me why you don't like him. I've heard that he's just too perfect... I've heard that he's lame. So please, if you don't like Edward Cullen, tell me why. Just don't bad mouth him too much.

Fictional Boyfriend #8

Another dead guy made it onto my list today. This one's name is Jesse. Now Jesse is probably one of my most favorite characters Meg Cabot has ever thought up. This boyfriend is featured in all six books of the series the Mediator and is the main reason why I even bothered to pick up the book =]. Jesse is a man that died on his way to his fiance's house. He was murdered. Suze [the main character] is on a mission not only to mediate other souls, but secretly his as well. Since dear old Jesse was born in during the ranchero times in California, he is a gentleman. Not only is he a gentleman, but a hot ghost. Suze has every right to swoon the minute she sees him in her room. That's right. She's so lucky. She has a strong, muscular, hot, moral, beautiful brown-skined, dark hair, lovely eyed, ghostly boyfriend in her ROOM. Her ROOM. But since he's so moral, he leaves when she changes/needs privacy. So he's absolutely wonderful. I recommend this series to every single person ever. One hint to everyone: remember Meg Cabot likes happy endings.

Fictional Boyfriend #7

Another Tommy made it onto the list today. Although, this Tommy is still alive. This boyfriend is named Tommy Sullivan. Katie really doesn't deserve him, but whatever. Tommy gives red-heads a new meaning and a new spot in my heart. Ever since I read this book, I've been in love with him. He is kind, considerate, perfect, hot, nerdy at the right times, and he loves to write. Hmm sounds a little too perfect right? Well this story is by Meg Cabot and is titled Pants on Fire. The cover may be a little ify [meaning your mom or dad may be a little awkward looking at it because it has a picture of a girl's backside with a guy's hands on her butt], but trust me, this book is pretty clean. The worst it gets is making out and it doesn't even go into detail. Anyways, back to Tommy. He ended up leaving his town because his parents thought he was getting picked on too much. Leaving his best friend, Katie, behind, he moved and ended up going to military school to toughen up. He then returned back to his old town a few years later and swept Katie off her feet. The issue in the way of them being perfect together? Katie's boyfriend and Eric, her make-out buddy.

Fictional Boyfriend #6

Today's fictional boyfriend is Adam from Generation Dead. Adam is probably one of my favorite characters that plays a best friend in love. Really, he is so loyal to Phoebe even though his friends don't approve of her because she's a goth and Adam's a football player. They ended up becoming friends since they live next door to each other. The thing that really makes me love Adam isn't how he doesn't care who he's friends with, but his love for Phoebe. He loves her so much that he... well those of you who read the book know what I'm talking about. He loves her that much that he would do that. He truly is a loyal friend. And a fantastic boy to be a boyfriend. I wonder who Phoebe will go with... lovely zombie, Tommy, or the best friend, Adam? My vote is undecided for now...

Robert Pattinson...the Perfect Edward???

You tell me... Is Robert Pattinson, in your opinion, the perfect Edward? I know that the movie hasn't come out yet, but based on what you already know, tell me what you think.

Fictional Boyfriend #5

This boy is dedicated to my buddy, Katie. Okay so in this series called Pretty Little Liars, there is a English teacher you meet in the first book. His name is Ezra Fitz. I really don't remember who her favorite guy in the series was, but Ezra is mine. He's totally amazing... but in another way sorta strange. He ended up dating one of his students who lied to him when they first met, saying she was a graduate student instead of a junior (?) in high school. They ended up making out at the place they met, so you can only imagine how the both of them felt while they stared at eachother in the girl's (Aria) AP English class. Instead of being a responsible adult, Ezra and Aria still get together, but all hell breaks loose in the book and well the rest you'll have to find out for yourself. Honestly, these books were not my favorite just because of the content and unrealistic drama, but I still enjoyed myself. So I half recommend it and half don't.

Fictional Boyfriend #4

This vampire also comes from the Twilight Saga... and his name is Emmett. Throughout the whole series, I found myself going "awww Emmett!" and "wow, Emmett, gross!" etc. Just like Bella said, Emmett is like one big teady bear. He's one of the more playful ones in the group. Our dear Emmett loves to make up jokes about anything and everything. They range from how Bella is soooo incredibly clumisy to Bella's sex life =]. His favorite topic really is Bella though... at least to make fun of. You also gotta admire the guy for staying with Rosalie. That has got to be one complicated relationship... a fun, playful guy with a girl so full of herself, it isn't even funny. We get to see three different types of relationships in this series... Edward and Bella's which is a physical AND emotional love. They both really love each other, but don't always express it physically. Same with Carlisle and Emse. Then you have the more serious relationship, meaning that's always how their attitudes are with eachother, Alice and Jasper. They can be fun, but when it comes to eachother, they are totally serious. And last but not least, you have the completely physical love between Rosalie and Emmett. Now that's one crazy relationship...escpecially if you're regularly knocking houses down, you're so intense =]
The best thing about Emmett? He loves to play with his food.

Midnight Sun Drama

This really has nothing to do with my boyfriend list, but I'm posting it anyways since I'm pissed off. I'm sure that by now you have all heard that someone posted the first 12 chapters of Midnight Sun on the internet illegally. Then Stephenie posted that long letter of how betrayed she felt because of this. What makes me so mad is that she's blaming her fans.
Well first things first. 1) We, the fans, had nothing to do with this. It was Stephenie's fault it got posted illegally since she was the one who trusted someone she shouldn't have. So I think blaming us fans is totally stupid. Especially taking Midnight Sun away from us. Really. That is the stupidest thing ever. I don't even understand why we're even being punished. Which brings me to number 2) Did Stephenie honestly think that her fans wouldn't read it? Temptation is one of the toughest things to beat. It's even worse when your obsessed. I'm sure the fans that first found it thought that it was nothing illegal. If they did know it was illegal, it was THOSE fans that should get punished [the ones who really AREN'T loyal to Stephenie]. 3) Why would she punish us this severely? There is a rumor going around saying that she's doing it for more publicity. It has been done in the past. Now, I am not saying I believe it, I'm just saying that there's a slight chance it COULD be true, not that it is.
I don't know what you believe/think, but there's my opinion. To sum it all up:Stephenie is totally over-reacting towards the fans when it wasn't our fault to begin with.
PS- If you haven't read the first 12 chapters of Midnight Sun, I think you should. It's amazing. I think there's a possibility that I love it more than Twilight. That's why I'm so mad. I don't want to never be able to finish it. To get those chapters, go onto stepheniemeyer.com.

Fictional Boyfriend #3

This next character comes from my favorite graphic novel series, Fruits Basket. His name is Kyo Sohma. So many things about Kyo are adorable... that insanely bright orange hair, his nice, lean body, and don't forget the part where he turns into a cat if hugged by the opposite sex. That's right girls, you can't touch him. His curse prevents him from really being able to have a normal boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. Many girls would freak when they went to hug a boy and they turned into a cat the moment they wrapped their arms around him. That's why Tohru Honda is so perfect for him. Even those he's the outcast of the family (read the origins of the Chinese Zodiac to understand why...), Tohru loves him the most. All the other cursed people who turn into members of the Zodiac look down on him, but not Tohru (Tohru is a normal human who has a lot of compassion and accidently stumbles upon the Sohma family secret. For some reason, Akito lets her keep that secret and doesn't have her memory erased like all the other regular humans that stumble across the secret.) When Tohru first met him, Kyo was the ultimate jerk. But after awhile, Kyo began to become soft through Tohru's compassion towards him. Just the way he acts around her is completely amazing. He loves her so much that he's afraid to tell her because she may feel bad that she doesn't return the feeling. Tohru really is that type of person... She would feel horrible if someone told her the strength of their feelings towards her and she didn't return the feeling. Boy how wrong Kyo is... so far, they both love eachother, but neither one knows how the other one feels... We'll see what happens in Vol. 21, which comes out in November.

Fictional Boyfriend #2

The next wonderful man I'd like to tell you about is Tommy Williams. Some of you may even read his blog on mysocalledundeath.com. Tommy really is amazing. Being a zombie isn't exactly easy... especially a hot one. People are constantly picking on him because he's... different and ummm undead. That's right. Poor Tommy came back to life. Things obviously happen for strange reasons, but this situation is one of the most bizzare. Tommy still goes to high school and tries to be as normal as possible, which is hard when you constantly have people attacking you... physically and verbally. So kudos to you, Tommy, for being amazing and showing a lot of self-discipline. The only thing I'm kinda confused on is his relationship with the wonderful Pheobe. Some say he's only using her to see if he can become more alive. Others say he really does like her for who she is... not just the fact that she is alive. It does say in the book that he thought he'd be more alive if he fell in love with a human girl... so I don't know (message me on your thoughts). For those of you who do not know this wonderful character, he is from Daniel Waters book Generation Dead. That book is one of my favorites in the whole world. It comes just after Twilight =]

Fictional Boyfriend #1

Of course, to start this wonderfully boring blog off, we are going to start with my favorite fictional boyfriend, Edward Anthony Masen Cullen. Stephenie Meyer, the creator of this beautiful masterpiece, is pure genius. On her website, she says that he was in her dreams. And thanks to God for putting those dreams in her mind because now he's in ours. The best things or qualities about Edward is his body, eyes, hair, personality, voice, etc. He is an all around perfect boyfriend. His body is that of a god, his eyes change color and you can tell when he's thirsty, his hair is the awesomest color ever thought of, his personality I can't even describe it is so amazing, his voice is like a melody, soft and calming... Being a vampire totally works for him. He is a bizzarely moral one too. You'd think Bella would be the one to tell him to stop... nope, it's the other way around.

Edward truly is probably the only book character that has ever captured my heart. I compare every guy I have been attracted to to him. It's too hard not to. The way Edward thinks is now the way I think. Being on Team Edward, I completely despised Team Jacob. But when I finished Breaking Dawn, and Edward and Jacob were at peace, I am on okay terms with Jacob now. That's all Edward's doing. So good luck Robert Pattinson, make me proud!!!!
(To be continued in later posts =])
